Features
Tantalum metal powder, a compact oxide film formed on the surface has unidirectional conductive valve metal properties. The anode film has stable chemical properties (especially stable in acidic electrolyte), high resistivity, large dielectric constant and small leakage current. It also has the advantages of wide operating temperature range, high reliability, seismic resistance and long service life. Sodium thermal reduction and hydrogen embrittlement were used. Tantalum powder was produced by molten salt electrolyte composed of 55%KCl-27.5%KF-17.5%K2TaF7.
Applications
Because of its malleability, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, it is widely used in industry in chemical, electronics, military, machinery and aerospace and other fields, manufacturing electronic components, heat resistant materials, corrosion resistant equipment, catalysts, molds, advanced optical glass, etc. In medicine, it is also used as human physical examination input, surgical material and contrast agent.
Storage conditions
Nano tantalum powder should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool environment, should not be exposed to the air for a long time, prevent moisture agglomeration, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, should also avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidants, according to ordinary cargo transport.
