Applications
1, the diversification of alumina properties makes it have a wide range of uses, but more than 90% is used for making metal aluminum, the rest is used as plastic and other polymer products filler, adsorbent and catalyst, medicine, cosmetics and chemical products raw materials, ceramics, abrasives and refractory materials and so on.
2, aluminum oxide is the main raw material of metal aluminum electrolytic process, the more pure aluminum used, the more pure aluminum.
3, the artificially produced alumina fiber is aluminum oxide as the main component, containing about 5% silicon dioxide (to stabilize the crystal phase of aluminum oxide), commonly used for various heat treatment furnaces and petrochemical cracking furnaces in the steel industry, thermal insulation materials for nuclear reactors and space shuttle and light alloy reinforcement materials.
Addition amount:
It is recommended that the dosage of nano-alumina dispersion is 0.5 ~ 10%, and the user should decide the amount of addition according to the test of different systems.
