Features
Silicon nitride ceramics are polycrystalline materials with hexagonal crystal structure, generally divided into α and β crystal directions, both of which are composed of [SiN4] 4-tetrahedrons, of which β-Si3N4 has higher symmetry, smaller molar volume, and is thermochemically stable in temperature. And α-Si3N4 is easier to generate in the dynamics, high temperature (1400℃ ~ 1800℃), α phase transformation, β type, this phase transition is irreversible, so α phase is conducive to sintering.

Applications

Storage conditions
Damp reunion will affect its dispersion performance and using effects, therefore, this product should be sealed in vacuum and stored in cool and dry room and it should not be exposure to air. In addition, the product should be avoided under stress.
