The nanometer tungsten disulfide powder prepared by variable current laser ion beam vapor phase method, the obtained product has high purity, narrow particle size distribution, high tungsten content, stable process yield, and the ultrafine tungsten disulfide micropowder is a new type of lubricating material with excellent lubricating characteristics.
Gray fine crystal or powder with metallic luster, hexagonal crystalline structure. The relative density is 7.5. Melting point 1250℃. Insoluble in water. Soluble in nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. Soluble in molten alkali, insoluble in alcohol. Stable in air.

Applications
A new type of solid lubricant suitable for lubrication under high temperature, high pressure, high load and high vacuum conditions. It is added in engineering plastics to make a self-lubricating element, or mixed with some volatile solvents, sprayed on the metal surface, and used in forging to improve the life of the mold and the finish of the workpiece.
Storage Conditions
This product is inert gas packaging, should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool environment, should not be exposed to air for a long time, to prevent moisture agglomeration, affecting the dispersion performance and use of the effect.
