Applications
Chromium nitride can be delivered in powder form with a particle size of less than 0.35mm. If the buyer has special requirements, it can be negotiated by both parties. Chromium nitride powder has no obvious metal or non-metallic inclusions, and can be used to obtain higher surface hardness, lower friction coefficient and lower residual stress, making it suitable for wear resistance and metal to metal friction occasions. Used as a wear resistant coating. Adding to mechanical parts and molds enhances their lubricity and wear resistance. Used as a wear resistant coating.
