    Basic information:

Vanadium nitrogen alloy is a new kind of alloy additive, which can be used in microalloyed steel production instead of iron vanadium. The addition of vanadium nitride to steel can improve the strength, toughness, ductility, thermal fatigue resistance and other comprehensive mechanical properties of steel, and make steel have good weldability. At the same strength, vanadium nitride can save 30 to 40% of vanadium addition, thus reducing the cost.

    Functions and Applications

    Application:

Vanadium - nitrogen alloys can be used in structural steel, tool steel, pipe steel, reinforcement and cast iron. Vanadium nitrogen alloy applied to high strength low alloy steel can simultaneously carry out effective vanadium and nitrogen microalloying, promote the precipitation of carbon, vanadium and nitrogen compounds in steel, and more effectively play the role of precipitation strengthening and grain refining.
