Zirconium boride powder due to its low relative density (6.09g/cm3), high melting point (3245℃), high hardness (Mohs hardness of 9, The microhardness is 22.1GPa), the thermal conductivity is good (thermal conductivity is 23 ~ 25W/(m·K)), the electrical conductivity is good (temperature conductivity is about 1×108S/m) and other characteristics, and it has been widely used and paid attention to in the field of high temperature structural ceramic materials and ceramic matrix composites.
