    Vanadium pentoxide is a metal oxide with the molecular formula V2O5.

    Solubility: slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, soluble in strong acid, strong base.

    Acid-base reaction: Vanadium pentoxide is significantly acidic and alkaline. It can be dissolved in acid to produce the corresponding yellow metadadate. At pH=2, it can be precipitated into metadadate, and can also be dissolved in base to produce metadadate solution.

    1. Widely used in metallurgy, chemical and other industries, mainly used for smelting vanadium iron.
