    Short Description:

    The magnesium alloy quantitative furnace adopts a flat belt type resistance heating method, with extremely high thermal conductivity, uniform temperature, energy conservation and environmental protection. It uses double pumps for quantitative analysis, precise quantitative analysis, and maintains the constant clamping pressure of the die-casting machine. It is automatically quantified through an automatic quantitative system and a feeding pipe for die-casting, and is widely used in supporting furnaces for die-casting equipment.

    Basic information

    1. The magnesium alloy quantitative electric melting insulation furnace is composed of an electric melting insulation furnace, a fully automatic control box, and a feeding machine;

    Technical characteristics

    1. The electrical box accessories are composed of imported brands. Assembly accessories include Schneider total transformer, Siemens PLC touch screen, and Japan imported small island flowmeter.
    2. The crucible is composed of a 31mm thick bimetallic composite steel that is bent together. The melting chamber and insulation chamber operate independently to ensure the purity of magnesium liquid and stable material temperature in the pump chamber.
    3. Parallel feeding pipe design ensures that magnesium liquid is on standby in the die-casting cylinder position. The material of the material tube can withstand temperatures up to 1250 ℃ and can be directly heated to 760 ℃. Effectively preventing material blockage in the material pipe, eliminating the need for long-term cleaning by operators, making maintenance and operation more convenient.
    4. It can be paired with a magnesium alloy automatic feeding preheating machine. Adopting advanced robotic feeding method to prevent splashing, flying and other phenomena.
    5. The crucible and feeding pipe are connected with flanges to prevent magnesium liquid leakage.
    6. It can be paired with a fully automatic water inlet feeding machine.

    1. Melting rate: 350-400kg/h (effective based on continuous production at a liquid temperature of 680 degrees Celsius)
    2. Total capacity of crucible: approximately 1500kg Reasonable magnesium liquid loading capacity: approximately 1300kg
    3. Process temperature: 680 ℃ -690 ℃
    4. Technical function: To achieve automatic quantitative pouring of magnesium alloy molten liquid

    9. It can be paired with a magnesium alloy automatic feeding preheating machine to achieve fully automated feeding.
    10. Siemens PLC full computer control system, with human-machine interaction interface and centralized integration of all functions, facilitates the actual intelligent operation of die-casting enterprises.
    11. Quantitative parameters: minimum 100g, maximum 20KG, using quantitative frequency+pumping time to control the quantitative weight.
